Interior Designer/Architect Interview brief
A. Studio unit interior for a creative person
1. 30sqm plinth interior area is required. Unit cannot be smaller or larger.
2. There is no shape restriction to this unit.
3. Unit must be roofed/ have a ceiling. No restriction to typology of roof.
4. Views from the unit are of your choice.
5. There must be a sleeping area for a double bed with side units.
6. There must be a minimum 1800mm wide wardrobe space with room for hanging clothes.
7. There must be a writing desk.
8. There must be a bathroom with a shower +wc+ whb.
9. There must be a seating space  for at least 4 people with a TV.
10. There must be a cooking space with a sink, fridge, cooker, oven, microwave.
11. There must be an eating space for the 4 people.
