The painting is titled "Girl with Mangoes" by Fernando Amorsolo, a famous Filipino artist. This artwork is not just an art appropriation but a cultural appropriation as well. The digital painting also has a political tone as the girl of Chinese descent in the picture replaced the Filipina. This represents the current issues in the West Philippine sea where China has been bullying Filipino fishermen in their own waters and taking the bounties of the sea for themselves.
