MODERN NUT
Do you know what the "Brazil nut" effect is?
Scientists have discovered that in a pack of nuts, during shaking large nuts rise above the smaller nuts to the very top. The large oval-shaped Brazil nuts in the box mostly laid sideways. But as the box shook back and forth, the nuts bumped into each other. Those collisions nudged some Brazil nuts to point vertically. That up-and-down orientation was the key to Brazil nuts rising through the pile. The same effect can also be seen in space on the surfaces of other planets, their moons such as our moon, and asteroids that are often composed of many smaller asteroids pulled by gravity as the asteroid "Bennu".
