Honest Chocolate packaging design

This project consists of a series of three artworks intended for use on Honest Chocolate’s slab packaging for their new Artist Range - one which portrays their relationships with people, places and the community. The artworks all operate under the concept of being One with nature and tell a visual narrative of Honest Chocolate’s collaborative relationship with the environment by showcasing the ingredients being sustainably harvested by both people and animals. This contributes to the single minded message that the people of Honest Chocolate are harvesting in collaboration with nature.

The sustainable harvesting scenes accompanied by a popular indigenous animal – Tanzania’s Kilombero Valley with a Masai Giraffe, South Africa’s Mpumalanga with an elephant and Indonesia’s Bali with Javan langur monkeys - will each be showcased on an artwork respectively. The native farmers as well as the chosen animals will be portrayed working together to harvest the ingredients.
