We’re about discovering who we truly are, as a collective of women and moms who feel they have lost their way and want to rediscover who we are at our core. The real, authentic, US! Rock the Mantra was born out of the desire to inspire, empower and support our tribe by using powerful positive affirmations to live fully and authentically and to love the skin we’re in. Positive Affirmations, or Mantras, have been used for centuries by Monks to Modern CEOs to empower, inspire and create positive change.
