Burp Chatbot
Burp chatbot is a food ordering chatbot for a local restaurant based in Hyderabad, India. The restaurant is very famous for its variety of food. Most of the customers who visit burp restaurant are working professionals or students who prefer take away but due to heavy demand, the restaurant is unable to provide service at the restaurant. So Burp wanted us to build a chatbot that can take the order from the nearby area customers and reduce the peak hours rush at the restaurant.
Goal statement: To design a food ordering chatbot that will let our users order a variety of food from the daily menu which will affect users who are not having enough time to cook for themselves by letting them save time and energy.
UX Research: Burp Ux Research started by conducting user interviews of a wide range of user-set where we were able to interview Eight members between ages 21 to 35 which includes 4 female users and 3 male users. The Ux research goal was to understand the pain points of the users of various ages, gender & profession to know what can be included for a better experience.
After conducting the user interviews I have come up with Personas where a particular user replicates the key Qualities/Pain points of a wide range of user groups which would further help in the design phase.
