Time-based Transit Map. Many times transit agencies and the public create transit networks with only one thing in mind, connections. The above transit map takes a look at connections and time duration to visualize the time separation created by making transit decisions; e.g. adding curves to a route, placing station at-grade (at the street level), and placing stations close together. What improvements can be made to improve legibility of this visualization?
