In this tutorial, I show you how I created this mesmerizing design in Photoshop using only 4 brushes and 1 layer style. By sampling colors directly from photos and using my Adobe-featured color-blending Photoshop brushes, along with a glittering layer style, I was able to create this beautiful design in no time!
