Based on an existing electric iron, I redesigned it to reduce unnecessary parts and can be  disassemble easily. With this in mind, manufacturing them in batch would not only cost less, but also much more sustainable as it could be recycled, reused, remanufactured and cause less environmental impacts in general when comparing to the conventional electric irons.
