Project: is Sustainable Community Centre consists of children museum, cultural centre, smart hub, waste management hub, auditorium, hotel, urban farming hub, Creative hub. 

Project Overview: 
The project should act as a green urban server. The Green Urban Server is a holistic approach to contemporary cities’ problems that are a result of population overgrowth, high population density, and decaying city core. The green urban server is a sustainable, central hub that aims at tackling the socio-economic problems within the site by creating job opportunities and offering education options in line with the resident’ preferences and street-smart mentality to allow for social upward mobility and to create resilient, self-sufficient communities.
