Art Mad Lib Piece
For the idea of my three pieces I used the mad lib, and came up with 3 different works that I could create using brushes only. I used synthesis of materials, and had to refer to my process a lot in order to relate the pieces to the mad lib. My first piece was about a man using a rope falling into the ocean. My second was about a cloud blowing tornados in the sky, and my last piece featured a mountain boxing the sun.
For this project I used a multitude of images in order to create different brushes in order to stamp the different aspects of my projects together. I used advanced 2d designs skills to correctly portray the things that my mad lib said. Every single one of the pieces was created this way, and each aspect was made on a different layer for the different brushes that were used.
My process was very similar between all three of my projects. I found the images that I desired to make my brushes out of, and then created a brush preset of the original and the inverted versions of my desired image. I attempted to use very complimenting colors for each one of my brushes in order to make the pieces look somewhat realistic. I also used the regular brush tool a few times in order to blend the images when necessary.
