In collaboration with SevGen, Australia, five multi-disciplinary group members and myself participated in a Design Intensive week (1-3 Days) in the hopes of successfully meeting our clients short-term and long-term goals and aspirations. SevGen came to us with a primary objective to promote their AirBnb site located in Cooroy, QLD. We delivered a hands-on, educational and creative activity able to be experienced on-site, intended to draw in creatives from around Cooroy area to engage in a Pottery class using resources from the Site itself. 'Deadly Pottery' educates users on the importance of Storytelling in Indigenous Aboriginal culture and encourages individuals to share their own stories and journeys through the pieces they create. This experience is held at a cost and would be featured on the property's Airbnb page and SevGen Website as an 'opportunity to share your story, through pottery'.
