How to load photo paper in a Canon Pixma printer

How To Load Photo Paper In A Canon Pixma Printer
Canon Pixma printers support various types of paper, including photo paper. This is used for printing digital images as the quality of the paper is higher than that of standard recording paper. Because photo paper has a specific printing side, you must insert it correctly into the printer for a good result. Load your photo paper into the Canon Pixma correctly for high-quality prints.

Automatic feed tray
Turn on the printer and press the Paper Feed switch until the Auto Feed Tray indicator light comes on.
Lift the paper feeder at the top and rear of the printer and slide the paper support out.
Take no more than 10 photo papers and smooth their corners if they are bent. These can cause printer jams.

Load the paper into the feeder with the printable side facing up. The printable side of a photo paper is glossy or white.
Print the documents you need.
Paper cassette
Turn on the printer and press the Paper Feed switch until the Cassette indicator light comes on.
Place the cassette in the bottom of the printer and slide it out of the printer.
Smooth the corners of no more than 10 photo papers if they are bent. These can cause printer jams.
Place the papers in the cassette so that they touch the right side and the print side faces down. Adjust the plastic paper guides so that they touch the paper. These help facilitate the movement of the paper in the printer.
Slide the cassette back into the bottom of the printer. Now it is ready to print.
