Idea was that the doctors would give this to their patients who suffer from high blood pressure so they could keep all the data about it in 'one place' - together with names of medications, and all relevant details. A personal folder, that also contained some important messages that were placed in frames and are inviting you to look at them/read them over and over - so you get reminded to "take medication regularly" or that "you can lower your blood pressure with the right diet" and so on...
