Type Expression Project
This project was an exploration of the tone and expression that a typeface inherently carries. Here I attempted to make the typeface alone change the meaning of the word.
Denotation and Connotation Project
This exercise was about both arranging type and choosing a typeface to either connote or denote the meaning of the word.
Color Expression Project
In this project I started to use color to also connote and denote meaning. I used the results of the above project for the type in these posters.

Type Paragraphs
This project explored arranging paragraphs of type on a page in a way that grabs and holds the reader's attention.

Art School Posters
This project was about using what I had previously learned about connotation, denotation, and intentional color to target a specific audience, in this case students of Maine College of Art and Design. These posters speak to my own experiences at art school.
Typeface Booklet
This booklet was designed to showcase what made the font Aisha (offered in Arabic and Latin scripts) stand out from other Adobe Typefaces.
Typeface Poster
My typeface booklet unfolds to reveal a larger poster for the font.
