Health Benefits of Chilli Sauce!
As a fan of hot sauce chilli, you may want to know if it is good for me? Is hot sauce a fad, a healthy food, or a combination of both? This article is not medical advice, but several peer-reviewed studies have shown that adding some calories can help reduce weight, diabetes, blood pressure, etc. 

Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory 

Hot sauce is widely accepted for its health benefits(and spicy foods in general). It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and biologically active compounds such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, carotenoids, and Vitamin C, E, and A. 

Hot sauce is essentially an inexhaustible source of healthy eating. This is not surprising, considering that the hot sauce is made from natural ingredients like chili! 

In short, antioxidants can fight damage caused by free radicals, which are unstable molecules that cause cell damage. This makes them beneficial for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease (we'll get more details later). 

When we eat something that contains capsaicin (something that warms up the hot sauce), our body thinks that we have burned, which can make the swelling go down, reduce arthritis, disappear toothache, etc. 

Anticancer

Recently, Indian scientists were able to see precisely how capsaicin binds and tears the membrane of cancer cells. This is the first step in finding a way to use capsaicin to treat human cancer. Again, chilli sauce bottle does not currently cure cancer, but this is an exciting study! 

Weight Loss and Low Cholesterol 

Through a quick Google search, many people want to know if they can use hot sauce to lose weight. The answer is yes, a little bit. The most apparent reason hot sauce can help you lose weight is that it is a low-calorie form that can add a lot of flavor to your meals. 

But there is more science behind hot sauce and weight loss. Studies show that those who use hot sauce in their food generally stay fuller longer, while spicy foods can speed up metabolism. 

A 2013 study showed that capsaicin could lower cholesterol in hamsters. It also shows that capsaicin reduces a hormone that increases appetite and increases an appetite suppressant hormone.  

Blood Pressure  

Speaking of that happiness, it is due to the release of endorphins. As mentioned earlier in this article, when you eat spicy food, your body will think that you are actually in pain. When it comes to blood pressure, it causes the release of a substance called neuropeptide Y. 

This is a bit technical for us. Still, several studies related to neuropeptide Y have shown that blood pressure improves when eating hot sauce and other spicy foods. Anything that helps release neuropeptide Y has other benefits. 

Heart Health 

Maybe it is related to lower cholesterol and blood pressure. A report from the American Heart Association shows, "Eat regularly. The cardiovascular death rate for bell peppers is relatively reduced by 26%, and the all-cause death rate is relatively reduced by 25%." More than a million participants. Researchers aren't sure why spicy food will help old folks, but these numbers should encourage spicy food lovers!
