"Fragments"

The centered "jetzt" which translates to "now" in German technically couldn't be considered a complete sentence as there is no proper subject or verb hence it's a fragment, however, the word in itself could be an answer to something - a sense of time, a sense of presence, a sense of urgency, so is it truly, thoughtfully incomplete?
The broken apart pieces are also fragments, presented altogether as a sort of collage. Do the broken pieces together make it collectively complete then?
