Red Ridding Hood was one of my school projects. We were working with connection between text and image. 

Because RRH is one of the most morbid tales I know, I decided to treat the story this way as well, but still wanted it to be appropriate for children as it is a fairy tale for kids. 

In this story the main character isn't the RRH, but the big shadow following her all over the woods. RRH is very small in all of the illustrations and barely visible so when someone looks at the illustrations it interacts with them. The purpose of this is to not bore the viewers with the old same story, but to make it more interesting. 

The story ends with RRH being taken by the big shadow that was following her through out the illustrations. The shadow was never characterised, because I wanted the viewers to use their imagination and think of the ending, who took her or what happened.
