Twenty-Two Minute Animated Pilot

Develop an animated pilot for Keith's original script which created the tone and feel of a two innocent kids caught up in how crazy and out of control reality of High School. Keith was known for playing the character “Toofer” on 30 Rock and wanted to create a TV show pilot he could shop via Lauren Michael’s production company, Broadway Video.

 

Using limited animation techniques, mixed with a single, handheld cam sitcom approach, we created a pilot that felt familiar and fresh at the same time. Working with Humouring the Fates Animation studio, I hired the character designer with a unique style and worked with client to develop a style which spoke to the tone of the series.
