Sopot is a beautiful, old city located by the Baltic Sea in Northern Poland. Dancing cohousing is a conceptual project in the vicinity of the historic gasworks. The materials refer to those used in the construction of the gaswork.
The cohousing is open to everyone, it is a kind of shortcut to different parts of Sopot, but I designed it so that the residents have their own space and privacy. Each apartment has at least 1 balcony and large windows.
The estate includes a common building with a gym, a spacious kitchen with a dining room, a library and a place to relax, as well as a playroom for children and a workshop.
There is a lot of green space outside, a garden, a playground and a barbecue area.
