First big rendering/lookdev project of my first year at ESMA Lyon. The goal was to create realistic textures for an old-fashioned Coffee Grinder.
For this purpose, I used Maya, Mudbox and Photoshop, as it was mandatory for school purposes.
The textures are all 4K sets, and the final rendering was done using Pixar's Renderman render engine.
Some of the textures were done on Photoshop, while others like the metallic ones were procedurally made within Maya's Hypershade.
The following renders use a more neutral lighting than the previous ones, while also being more close-up shots:
