This project began by performing research, searching for a high quality image of a celebrity of our choosing. My choice was Mark Wahlberg.

From here, different aspects of Mark were pathed out and cut from one another. These were his body, neck and head. The body was shrunk, the head made larger, and the neck was liquified to match the head.

With the general size of our subject obtained, there were fixes to be made, the suit cut off on one side had to be repaired and the features were then given their initial size changes and retouches.

From here, retouches were done and blurriness reduced by using parts of the original image brought back and masked onto the warped pieces of his face. Through layering of effects and color adjustments, the character was brought into a background, in my case I put him into a car rental agency as a hat tip towards his role in the movie Ted as my final image.
