POSTER - Sport Clothing - Concept

2021

This concept poster exercise was created as a hands-on exercise, choosing a brand like Nike to explore the concepts of speed, women in sports, and physical strength. The design follows the 2021 trend of using bold colors, geometric shapes, and abstract typography. The posters feature three athletes, always with their bodies in a powerful pose. The dark background was used to highlight the colors and the use of typography in a strong and vibrant composition to represent the concept of strength. The smooth and clean color gradient also helps to get a strong dynamism. The typography of the posters is abstract and geometric. This was done to create a sense of movement and energy. The overall effect is dynamic and energetic, capturing the essence of speed and dynamism in sports.
The poster also served as inspiration to outline a web design proposal and direct it towards a launch product to accompany the campaign and helps create a cohesive brand identity. The website uses the same bold colors and geometric shapes, and the typography is similar, but it is more stylized and modern. This helps create a sense of excitement and anticipation for the product launch. It also helps to emphasize the message of the posters, which is about speed and dynamism. The overall design is modern and effectively communicates the message of the proposed campaign.
For this I used Illustrator and Photoshop for image editing and also create some simple short videos in Photoshop.
The Conceptual Poster Design and Web Design exercise was a successful way to explore new design concepts and create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. This material is not related to a real campaign, but was used as a starting point to develop the capabilities and possibilities to be developed on a sports product, that helps to create a sense of excitement and anticipation for a product launch.
