The project is part of the DKV Application assignment that is to make a simple pictogram to describe the majors at the Bandung Institute of Technology. I made designs for the majors of STEI (School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics) Faculty, which is Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information System and Technology, Electrical Power Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Informatics Engineering.
The challenge of this project is how to design simple pictograms but still understandable and suitable to be applied to any media. I designed a pictogram in the form of a non-object (symbol) that can represent every major of the STEI Faculty.
