Eudaimonia
My Major Project, Eudiamonia aims to deconstruct and highlight the different types of happiness and their importance for our wellbeing. The direct mail design intervention
seeks to rebalance society’s perspective on happiness, by initiating the audience’s journey
towards eudaimonic happiness, which is achieved through experiences of meaning,
purpose and overall life satisfaction.
