This project was self-directed and aimed at creating a personal 'identity' incorporating some sort of logo. After a few weeks of ideating, and letting the various concepts brew around in my head I came up with a logo I liked, taken after a triangle, loosely depicting the letter 'b' after the first letter of my middle name, 'Basil.' However, I changed Basil to Basal, in that the definition of Basal is 'Of primary importance; basic', which happens to follow
closely alongside my design philosophy dealing with form always being of secondary importance to function.
