This project was inspired and was highly influenced from the traditional Japanese floor table. It was such a perfect coincidence that the traditional Japanese design principle and mine derived from the same principles, and that is simplicity. Within this piece, it was the first table prototype that I ever built. The concept of the project was to explore the machines and experience first handed how planning until building the first table should look like.
