The marketing objective is to bring together the two demographics of skateboarding and surfing by using the VANS brandans brand identity.

The marketing strategy is to promote brand identity and recall through means of guerrilla marketing in a spontaneous and graffiti-esque approach. One example will be the use of red Vans shoe print stickers. The other approach will be a guy and girl mannequin performing parkour acrobatics on the ad to illustrate going Off The Wall.

The purpose is to develop interactive ads which will be on walls or floors to encourage people to use their feet to leave their own footprint.

To increase user activity, a mobile half pipe wall will be created and put out on display. “Hot Spots” for the wall will be designated around cities and can be located through means of social media i.e. Facebook and Twitter followers.
