Ohio Departments of Health and Medicaid - Ohio Pregnancy Assessment Survey Data Book
This project included a logo refresh, incorporating the Ohio Department of Health's new brand colors, and a fun and inviting design for the new 2019 data book. The front cover illustration (also used on the OPAS survey booklet) features baby and pregnancy-related icons laid out in the shape of the state of Ohio.
