ABSTRACT

It still has one big difficulty to the deaf and the hearing impaired in communicating, and despite advances for that those with disabilities feel included, still have many companies and professionals don’t taking any initiative to this group of people feels included and comfortable. It is really important that all organizations and their employees have a good communication with the customers, independent if he has a deficiency or not, in public secretary service needs to do the person feel comfortable, to thereby, make him return to the company, and there is the importance of accessible communication to pass the informations to the public, mainly the deaf and hearing impaired public. To communicate with the people that speak on Libras language, the companies may be taking some attitudes, one of them could be to provide training for the employees to let they learn the basic of the language and know correctly how to deal with the deaf and the hearing impaired but the professional on secretariat can be improving yours skills for learning Libras. The accessibility involves the facilitation in getting access what is sought, the company and the secretary who works on it, who turns the communication accessible to the deaf and the hearing impaired, create one place pleasantly to the customers leaving him satisfied.

1. THEORETICAL GROUND

This presente article has as purpose approach about the inclusion of deaf and hearing impaired importance showing a better servisse to this group of people who feel included and comfortable, understanding your necessity through training to professional to have the knowledge on brazilian sign language (Libras) or to have access to interpreter on company.

The accessibility on service add for that professional know better about your customer and, consequently get service your necessity. The brazilian sign language is the way that deaf and hearing impaired use to express what they think and need, because of that exist a necessity of the secretary professional learn brazilian sign language and make a good communication to creat a better environment and make the customers satisfied

2. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

There are standards and laws about accessibility, the demand of necessity to get knowledge on brazilian sign language is so urgent, although there are those laws, the most part of deaf and hearing impaired feels not included, mainly in the question of good service. When involved the question of communication with deaf hearing impaired, a few changes were realized, make it difficult the access to information.
Indeed, the public service it must create a bigger satisfied, accompanied by good quality informations. The secretary has to aim common good of company, but was observed the necessity of professional to attend the deaf and hearing impaired, because of that the professional awareness at secretariat and the initiative to be qualify is very important.
The subject presented on this article still is irrelevant to most of companies, but as already show the people that use brazilian sign language to communicate what they think must be treated of correctly form, for this reason there is professional obligation, has the capacity of adapt your customers, and there is way to this, the more efficient would be learn brazilian sign language.
The companies and the people who work with people must think in all the types of public, and the organization must do it's part, giving guidance to it's employees and make available way that will facility the service, thereby, besides makes a favor to the society, consequently the company will be more qualify and will grow up on market.
