To celebrate Maintenance Appreciation Day and the opening of Piedmont's seventh maintenance base, ALB (Albany, NY), I created this short documentary feature to show what makes each base at Piedmont unique. Maintenance is not just about fixing issues on a plane before a flight, it is about problem solving, mitigating future problems, improving planes, and thinking outside the box. Bases at Piedmont complete overnight checks, respond to write ups, complete modifications, take road trips, and engineer new solutions. 

This video required planning with leadership across the airline, as well as a production schedule that required filming at seven maintenance locations in less than a month. I produced, directed, and edited the entire piece. It is currently used as a staple within Piedmont Airlines' maintenance recruiting efforts.
