Cardamom is a plant used in orthodox therapeutic, and as a famous spice for cooking and making tea. It has a peculiar spicy flavor that’s easily perceptible even in melds that comprises many other ingredients. Cardamom is a primary element in Indian curries and Indian chai masala tea.

How to Make Cardamom Tea?
For cardamom black tea you will have to select either black or green cardamom husk. Cardamom has a very brawny flavor, and a few husks will be enough for a strong cup of tea. To get the most flavor out of cardamom husk, first crush them. Use about 3-6 husks per cup of water. In a small saucepan, take fresh spring water and boil it. Add crushed cardamom husks, boil them for about 15 minutes in low flame. Strain, put on sugar or honey if required, and serve.

How to Prepare Coriander Tea?
All you need to make Coriander detox tea is to steep some coriander seeds in warm water for a couple of hours (or overnight) and then drink it in small batches over the next 2 hours. So, what I do is add 2 tbsp of the seeds in 1 liter of lukewarm water.
Alternatively, you can also steep the seeds in boiling water for 15 to 30 minutes and then drink the water.
In hot weather, the water may flatter unpleasant quickly so do not store for very longer period or do not soak the seeds in water for more than 3 to 4 hours.
