SINAG which means sun beams are the main focus of the design of this residential structure. As Ayala Heights is known to be one of the high end subdivisions in the country, it is only imperative to provide a structure wherein it can sustain the kind of lifestyle the user has.
Tropical Architecture is the house character so it is important to maintain the right amount of comfortability through vertical shading such as brise soleil and louvres to avoid afternoon glare from the sun on the western part of the house. Massive glass wall was incorporated to welcome morning sunlight in the eastern part where the living spaces are located.
