Kisvakond es a gyogyszer
-Hát te mit keresel itt?- rebbent meg a bagoly.
- Azt a különleges virágot keresem, amelyikről beszéltél. A Matricaria Chamomillát, hogy meggyógyuljon a kisegér.
-A levegőben keresed?
-Nem csak ott, mindenhol- sóhajtott a vakond.- és nem találom sehol a világon!
-És az szerinted micsoda?-kerdezte a bagoly, szárnyával a tölgy alatti tisztásra mutatva.
-Az? Közönséges kamilla- derült fel a vakond.
-Majd adok én neked közönségeset! Valamennyi gyógynövény közül az gyógyít a legjobban! MAtricaria Camomilla, ahogy mi, orvosok nevezzük latinul.
A vakond most valóban úgy nézett a bagolyra, mint aki az égből pottyant.
Aztán mérhetetlen jókedve támadt!
Egy nagy marék kamillát szedett, hamar teát főzött, és csurig töltött bögrével a beteghez szaladt.
A kisegér ivott egyet, ivott kettőt, harmadszorra bele sem kellett kortyolnia, és már meg is gyógyult. Játszhotott újra a vakonddal.
Small blind and the drug
-What are you doing here?- the owl snapped.
- I'm looking for that special flower you told me about. Matricaria Chamomilla, to cure the little mouse.
-You are looking for it in the air?
-Not only there, everywhere- sighed the mole- and I can't find it anywhere in the world!
-And what do you think that is?- asked the owl, pointing with his wing to the clearing under the oak.
-Is it? Common chamomile, the mole said.
-I'll give you a common one! Of all the herbs, that one is the most curative! Matricaria Camomilla, as we doctors call it in Latin.
Now the mole really looked at the owl as if he had dropped out of the sky.
Then he was in immense good humour!
He picked a large handful of chamomile, quickly brewed some tea, and ran to the patient with a cup full to the brim.
The little mouse drank one, drank two, the third time he didn't even need to take a sip, and he was cured. He played with the mole again.
