Omega Delta is a multicultural fraternity on the campus of Northern Illinois University. During my undergraduate and part of my graduate career I worked as the Marketing chair for the organization. I headed all project that required promotion of the organization by creating all visual media, utilizing social media, and distributing information to fulfill the purposes of creating visibility to the group. Although, I was the leader in promoting the fraternity, often working individually, I often had to concede to the ideas of the group as-a-whole and undergo projects that appealed to a wide array of tastes/audiences.
