The goal of this project was to create four US postage stamp designs with an a cohesive brand identity. Students had to come up with a theme for the stamp that was universally acceptable and unlike any other public stamp design prior. The main challenge was to find a topic that was unique and legible in design.
“Unite. Don’t fight.” is a movement based on uniting opposing sets of people into open-minded, respectable groups. These stamps focus on the union of races, political parties, ideas, and working class (blue and white collar). In a time of increasing polarization, people must come together and learn to respect humanity as a whole.
