Chocolate is the answer to everything. At least to Christopher. Christopher is a monster who has a sweet tooth that can’t be stopped. He knows one thing best—how to create the best baked goods. Whenever Christopher gets stressed out, he starts baking and whipping sweets up in the kitchen. His friends and roommates often get a little worried by the sheer amount of goodies in the kitchen that seem to appear out of nowhere. Christopher attends The Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan but grew up in a small town outside the city called Bridgeport. Christopher is an introverted monster who doesn’t have much interaction with the outside world—he would rather spend his days perfecting a crème brulee or inventing a new lava cake. His main friend group are his roommates, who have grown over time to appreciate Christopher’s strange quirks and obsessive baking. Christopher’s mother thinks back often to the first time she taught him how to bake a cake and wonders if it is her fault that Christopher has dedicated his life to the art of baking. If he isn’t studying at school learning the latest food science developments, he’s bound to be in the kitchen trying to make the best cinnamon rolls ever created or researching on his favorite food blogs about new and exciting recipes. It scares others sometimes how serious Christopher is about his baking, but it’s all he knows and loves.
