It is the year 1972 - “The Godfather” is brought into the theaters and makes us an offer, that we could not refuse. For the last time a human being sets his foot on the moon’s surface, and an entrepreneur in the North Italian Bergamo founds the NOLAN company. The light and affordable helmets made of spacematerial becomes a constant in the motorcycle-industry.

Forty years later the company, which manufactures it’s products to 100% in Italy up untill today, develops a special highlight: The N44. The innovative “crossover”-helmet combines several helmet versions to one.

This product video filmed with the stop-motion-technique provides a brief insight into the long standing history of the company and introduces the particular functions of the helmet in detail. Each frame’s content, from the animation of the helmet up to the typography, were elaborately hand-crafted.

Es ist das Jahr 1972 - Der Pate kommt in die Kinos und macht uns ein Angebot, dass wir nicht ablehnen konnten. Zum letzten Mal betritt ein Mensch die Mondoberfläche, und ein Unternehmer im norditalienischen Bergamo gründet die Firma NOLAN. Die leichten und erschwinglichen Helme aus Weltraummaterial werden eine feste Größe in der Motorradbranche.

Vierzig Jahre später entwickelt das Unternehmen, welches seine Produkte bis heute zu 100% in Italien fertigt, ein besonderes Highlight: Den N44.
Der innovative Systemhelm vereint gleich mehrere Helmvarianten in einem und ist als Integral-, Jet- und Offroadhelm fahrbar.

Dieses Produktvideo im Stop-Motion-Verfahren gibt einen kleinen Einblick in die traditionsreiche Firmengeschichte und stellt die einzelnen Funktionen des Helms im Detail vor. Sämtliche „Rahmeninhalte“, von der Helmanimation bis hin zur Typografie sind dabei in aufwändiger Handarbeit entstanden.
