DELONGHI - THE BLOOMING EFFECT

𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐄: BLOOMING EFFECT

In this very first issue, FPDB Creative came up with a not-so-easy idea: the notion of contemporary art in home appliances photography.
For years of working in this industry, around the time that we were doing commercial product and food photography, we thought, Why not start a creative retreat where the commercial effect meets artistry?

And here comes BLOOMING EFFECT - the shortest and most beautiful moment of the manual coffee making process. When the first drop of hot water comes in contact with the coffee powder, they release carbon dioxide which is the fragrance of flowers, fruit, soil and climate. That is the beauty of blossoming.

Therefore, FPDB Creative wants to create a unique visual retreat through the act of “blooming”. Dark mood, displayed by dark cement background, is a hint of contemporary feeling. Our stylist team also handcrafted a bunch of dried grass with purple star flowers, which looks like a quiet explosion in the middle of nowhere.
