These images were inspired by Charles M. Conlon and his photographs of the 1927 New York Yankees, whose lineup was nicknamed Murderers’ Row. The players photographed were a team of 12 year-olds managed by my brother. All images were taken with a Hasselbald 501CM using Ilford HP5+ film and printed on Ilford warm tone paper toned in selenium.
