Reducing the consumption of red meat is one path to reduce carbon emission and cow leather is the by-product of that industry. In our journey to reduce carbon emission, I imagine about the future that cow leather is not so abundant like today. And how might we introduce a new material to disrupt the use of cow leather.

Through research, I discover that some traditional small scale tanner still tan the chicken feet leather. It's the waste part of the chicken that get thrown away in western cuisine. Using them can send the message about alternative of material culture in footwear design.
