LIKEHOME Book Design and Video - Thesis
One of the most common challenges faced by international students in Canada is dealing with culture shock. Culture shock is a normal reaction to a new and unknown environment and causes a state of anxiety, depression and other significant mental health issues.
The goal of my thesis is to support international students who face cultural adaptation challenges.
LIKEHOME Learn Reflect Live consists of 120 pages with useful information about culture shock, self-analysis activities, a journey planner and a final section for writing and sketching.
I have created a video to provide information on culture shock and to promote the the book LIKEHOME Learn Reflect Live.
LIKEHOME Process Book
This book showcases the process from the initial research to the final design solutions of my thesis.
