These sketches were done on the commuter trains, buses, and cafes of Washington, DC. For these sketches, I use a Lamy Safari fountain pen, a felt-tipped pen, and the occasional marker. My sketch book is a small, indescrete, and very durable 4" x 6" hardcover model, which can fold out to 6" x 8" when needed.
