I interned at Real Life on the Palouse, a nondenominational church, from January to July 2012. My primary project during my internship was creating three videos that shared the stories of several members of the church for the 2012 Easter service at Beasley Coliseum.
This was my first legit video project. I worked on it with my fellow intern Gus Simpson, and our supervisors Michael Reyes and Kelli Couch.
The interviews were shot in a temporary basement studio with minimal lighting equipment. B-roll was shot in various locations around the Palouse.
We also produced a thirty second promo video that was spread online through the church's social media, as well as in ad reels at local movie theaters.
