He is Top 4 in the 2019 World Aromasters Roasting Championships, Roaster for the 2019 & 2020 Philippine Barista Champions, and 2020 2nd Runner Up as well.
"Dew" is the English translation from the Spanish name "Rocio", who is Raoul's daughter.
Dew symbolizes purity and the power to refresh and energize. This is the inspiration and driving force to explore and discover better and sweeter tasting roast profiles by going beyond the orthodox roasting techniques.
The logo comprises three elements in his roasting approach.
The coffee bean itself, a leaf as a symbol of freshness, and water from a sweet dew drop.
