Reclaiming What's Mine
The digital illustrations below are inspired by Emily Ratajkowski’s essay “Buying Myself Back.” Hearing these impactful and heartbreaking words come from such a respected and successful member of the entertainment industry saddened me. I felt enraged as to how commonly women have been misreated and objectified in today’s society. As a woman, I felt empowered to spread awareness about this widespread mistreatment through sharing the stories of Emily, and women around the world.
