Hello everyone, the task we are given are two tasks, pick one of them. One is the character rigging and one is the animation of arms and legs. I have chosen the tutorial of ECAbrams on the animation or arms and legs but I emphasis on the arms. I created a scene of an encampment with a warrior or knight training in the axe throwing. Below is the tutorial by ECAbrams and below it is my video.

First I designed my assets for my video from the illustrator with also the background scene of the encampment.

Then I import them to Adobe After Effects for my editing. 

After that I used puppet position pin tool on the arms of my character to do the axe throwing. Others, I used combination of positioning and rotating which I learned from my previous tasks.
