The Situation

After a new name, new look, and new leadership, Lynch Mykins was ready for the next step – a new office. Having outgrown their small downtown space, Lynch Mykins relocated its headquarters to a larger space just down the street. As the business planned for its future, the leadership team aimed to set the tone early for the company’s culture, office style, and exterior signage.

Lynch Mykins wanted to reinvent everything. From the chairs they sat in, to the windows they peered out of, they wanted their brand to express the experience and values of the company.

The Solution

Bright, vibrant and bold. As soon as you drive up, there’s no mistaking who lives here.

On the inside, rather than showcasing the brand through soft furnishings, Lynch Mykin's brand is reflected on the walls with paint, custom wallpaper, and specific phrasing. The graphics are vibrant, yet don’t distract from the calm feeling within the office. Color is used to discern specific areas of the office while inspirational phrases and employee values are written across almost every wall. It’s not tough for visitors, clients, or even employees to remember the quality of work they can expect at Lynch Mykins.
