For this assignment we had to redesign book covers from the same author, or same theme of books, and have them all come together to look like a set of books that should be read together.

Process
After researching all the authors that I enjoyed reading, I decided upon Stephen King and four of his most notable novels.
While thinking of what each book represents each book has a main symbol that represents

The balloon in IT as pennywise likes to seduce little kids with it.
The maze in the Shining, which terrorizes the people in it.

Using the main symbols, I created the artwork for the book and added the title as horror/thriller style font.
To emphasize that these books should be as a set, I set them all the same colors, with a white bright background to capture attention.
