My personal evnironment is filled with self-developemt and growth in every aspect of life and the more people i talked to, the more it seems that it is important for them to have a place where they can remember the most intimate details about themselves. The most common reply that I have received was that is way too easy to get lost in the rut. It is way too easy to fall into automatic patterns and to start operating on autopilot, not even knowing that it is happening.
GOAL
Encourage people to use this simple and effective tool to accomplish more in their life and feel better about themselves.
